Animal Adaptations
Students will learn about adaptations…those special things about the animal’s body or behavior that help it survive in its habitat. As students research specific animals they will create diagrams detailing the adaptations of that animal. Other activities include: the blubber glove experiment, the adaptation game, and changing an animal’s habitat, resulting in the need for the animal to acquire new adaptations for survival.
